COOLING SYSTEM
On the rise behind the Pump House is the entire water storage and
cooling system. Note the side shaft Renfrew engine, a Badger in the USA,
driving the stationary radiator. The large steel tank provides a gravity
pressure head of 5 psi to all the engine water jackets. The wood tank
holds a reserve supply. |
