Sudlow Station - Introduction

The Sudlow Station exhibit is a recreation of a Buckeye Pipe Line Company pumping station. Sudlow was a gathering station for Buckeye Pipe Line and was located in southeastern Ohio.  It contained a 9 hp Parmaco oil engine and a Parmaco pump.  Sudlow transferred the oil from a local lease to the next bigger station, Starr, which then pumped it on to a regional station.  The original office of Starr is now relocated to Coolspring Power Museum and is attached to the museum's Machine Works Building.
